RAPAPORT… On October 16, 2007, the World Jewelry Center developers will host a reception and presentation in Los Angeles at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel. The event will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the hotel’s Bernard’s Room. World Jewelry Center managing director Bill Boyajian will present a briefing on the progress of the project underway in Las Vegas.
